It's A.....

GIRL!

And she shall be called....Baby Girl Davis:) Haha

We had our anatomy scan on Wednesday, October 26th!  Baby girl was just as excited as her parents-she was so fidgety and wiggling all over the place.  The ultrasound tech even asked me if I drank alot of caffeine because the baby wouldn't stay still!! (the answer of course was NO-none at all!)  But everything went great-we saw all her little parts and everything seems to be working.  No areas of concern-what a relief!  Heartrate was 146bpm.  Head circumference and abdomen circumference she measured a few days bigger than expected.  It was so surreal to see her moving all over, especially since I have yet to feel even a little flutter.

Our appointment was around 11am.  I had taken the whole day off work and Adam took a half day. After our appointment we went to lunch then spent the afternoon shopping for our little one! We went to Baby Rooms, Nursery Time and Babies R Us to look at nursery furniture.  We found a few that we liked but haven't completely decided on anything.  I know, I know-we need to order soon because it takes so long to deliver.  Hopefully we will make a decision this weekend or next-that's the goal!  Later that night we shared the news with our parents and siblings via phone.  It was so crazy because we hadn't shared with anyone that this was in fact our ultrasound date!  We didn't intend to be so secretative it just kind of happened.  But we promise to upfront from here on out hehe!  Then we told a few close friends.  And then we went VIRAL with the information and posted on Facebook---it was crazy to say the least.  What a great day!!  This experience has definitely put life into perspective.  We are so grateful for our little one and all the loving people we have in our lives.
